Journal of Smart Computing (JSC) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to publishing cutting-edge research at the intersection of intelligent algorithms, pervasive computing, and autonomous systems. As industrial and societal paradigms shift toward data-driven automation, JSC provides an advanced platform for computer scientists, AI researchers, software engineers, and systems architects. The journal focuses on the development, validation, and deployment of "smart" computational frameworks—systems capable of learning, adapting, reasoning, and operating autonomously in complex, real-world environments.

Publication Frequency
Journal of Smart Computing (JSC) is published quarterly (4 issues per year: March, June, September, and December), operating an online-first publication model to support rapid peer review and open-access dissemination.
Peer Review Process
JSC enforces a rigorous double-anonymous peer review protocol to guarantee scientific excellence and technical accuracy. Every submission is initially evaluated by the Editorial Board for scope alignment, structural completeness, original contribution, and plagiarism checks. Manuscripts meeting desk approval are assigned to at least two independent international experts in intelligent systems and computing. Evaluation criteria emphasize algorithmic novelty, empirical precision, mathematical rigor, architectural scalability, and practical applicability.
