Peer Review Process
HIJ maintains a strict double-anonymous peer review protocol to uphold scientific integrity and methodological accuracy. Initial desk review by the Editorial Board assesses topical fit, ethical compliance, and structural adherence to international reporting standards. Manuscripts passing desk review are forwarded to at least two external international reviewers with specialized expertise in medical engineering, digital health, or clinical innovation.
